• vogues me aap ko 7 din ka window milta hai — matlab product milne ke bad 7 dinon ke  bad aap return ya exchange request kar sakte hain.

• Return / exchange tab possible hai agar:

  • Item unused / unwashed ho

🔄 Size Change ya Exchange ka Process

• Agar size fit na aaye, to product uski asli packing + tags ke sath hona chahye.

• First Parcel ki video bana kr send kren and explain kere k kia issue he then next further proceding start ho gi

• Apko parcel send krne ki zaroorat nahi - Hm apne warehouse se apko apka new parcel send kre ge. 

  • Rider ko apne previous parcel dena he new le lena he just.

• Usually exchange processing me 4–6 working days lag sakte hain.

🔙 Refund Option (Agar Return Karna Ho)

• Agar aap item return karna chahte hain (na ke exchange), to bhi wahi rules apply honge: item unused hona chahiye, tags intact hone chahiye, original packing ho.

• Refund us surat me possible hoga jab product damaged ho, galat item deliver ho, ya manufacturing fault ho. Size issue, pasand na aana, ya color difference ki surat me sirf exchange available hoga — refund nahi milega. 
  

• Refund ke dono options diye gaye hain:

  1. Coupon Code — jitna aapne pay kiya, utna coupon credit milega, jise aap future purchase me use kar sakte hain.
